Open to anyone in mental health crisis in the TCC service area (Cooke, Fannin, Grayson counties). No appointment or ID required.

Requirements
Accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and military insurance; sliding-scale fees available. State and block-grant funded for uninsured/underinsured residents of Cooke, Fannin, and Grayson counties.
Eligibility
Residents of Cooke, Fannin, and Grayson counties. Services include child & adolescent and adult mental health treatment, outpatient counseling, and integrated healthcare.

Limits
IDD case management and day-habilitation services are based at the Sherman IDD office (2113 North Loy Lake Road, Sherman, TX 75090, 903-957-4795). Cooke County residents are served through that office; intake can be initiated by calling the Gainesville office.

Individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities residing in Cooke, Fannin, or Grayson counties.

Substance Use Disorder services are headquartered in Sherman (315 McLain Dr., 903-957-4703). Cooke County residents typically begin intake at the Gainesville office and are referred to the Sherman SUD program as appropriate.

Adolescents and adults with substance use disorders in the TCC service area. Includes co-occurring (dual-diagnosis) mental health + substance use treatment.
