- Accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and military insurance; sliding-scale fees available. State and block-grant funded for uninsured/underinsured residents of Cooke, Fannin, and Grayson counties.
- Eligibility
- Residents of Cooke, Fannin, and Grayson counties. Services include child & adolescent and adult mental health treatment, outpatient counseling, and integrated healthcare.
