Stolen vehicle investigation / traffic stop

Officers stopped a white rollback tow truck on southbound Interstate 35 near mile marker 504, in the area of Hockley Creek, after a report that a black Nissan SUV being hauled on it had been reported stolen. Officers confirmed the SUV by its vehicle identification number and took two people to the county jail; a third person was released and a vehicle was released to them. While the stop was underway, officers were told that a police department in Yukon, Oklahoma had paperwork indicating the SUV had been repossessed, and they were still checking which account was correct. No injuries were mentioned in the radio traffic, and no road or lane closures were reported.
