Reports come from automated monitoring of public-safety radio. Two independent automated systems must agree before a report can post without human review; uncertain items are reviewed by a person first.

Locations are approximate at street level only, never exact addresses. We do not publish names or medical details. This is preliminary information and may be incomplete or wrong, and nothing reported here implies guilt.
