Traffic complaint

Someone called in a complaint about a Ford F-150 pickup being driven unsafely near the Frank Buck Zoo. The caller said the truck was speeding, weaving in and out of traffic, and following other vehicles too closely. The radio traffic did not give a clear description of the truck beyond the make and model, and a second street name mentioned in the call was too garbled to confirm. Nothing in the radio traffic said whether anyone was hurt, whether the truck was stopped, or how the call ended.
