A man with Texas warrants was arrested in Marietta, Oklahoma, early Wednesday, July 29, 2026, after Love County sheriff’s officials said he ran from deputies during a welfare check the previous afternoon. The arrest concerns Gainesville and Cooke County readers because the Love County Sheriff’s Office describes Love County as bordering Cooke County, Texas, along with Montague County.
The Love County Sheriff’s Office identified the man as Timothy Dulin. Sheriff’s officials said deputies were near Airport Road and Jacobs Road at about 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 28, while attempting a welfare check when Dulin fled.
