Its advertising page says the paper sells classified ads and distributes 14,000 copies weekly, a local reach that helps explain why legal notices and classified items remain part of Cooke County's print routine.
Probate matters on the page involve the estates of William Troy Morris, Joanne Denise Valent, John W. Simpson and Marjorie Jean Thrasher. The Muenster towing notice concerns an abandoned 2004 Ford Explorer RWD tied to Hats Off Towing, whose contact page lists 10300 West Highway 82 in Muenster. TxDMV's storage-lien foreclosure form says a storage facility or claimant may sell an abandoned vehicle at public sale to the highest bidder if charges remain unpaid and law enforcement does not take custody before the 31st day after notification. The same TxDMV form says an abandoned vehicle must be reported to law enforcement within seven days after that determination. TDLR says vehicle storage facility fees are regulated by the state agency.
Noah's Ark Animal Shelter said in first-party posts that Kubota, described as about six months old, was adoptable and had a fully sponsored adoption fee. The Gainesville shelter says it works with the City of Gainesville to care for impounded animals and place adoptable animals. Noah's Ark says dog adoptions include spay or neuter surgery, a microchip, deworming, heartworm testing, preventatives, vaccinations and related care, with fees varying by age, medical care and transport needs. Its North Texas Giving Day profile says the shelter handles roughly 2,800 animals a year.
Saint Joe's Pizza, whose Instagram profile lists 207 North Commerce Street in Gainesville, posted that it was hiring servers and told applicants to come in with a resume. The notice gives applicants an in-person lead at a Gainesville restaurant.
